When you embark on this adventure, you know it's going to be hard and full of unexpected events. There are so many subjects to manage (world record collection, logistics, educational kit, partnerships, media, documentary, authorizations, navigation, training etc). I think it's this very wide field of action that makes this adventure special.
The weekends of preparation from right to left, the dozens of zooms, hundreds of calls, thousands of messages, the weeks spent together was already something, but this week spent at 11 on Kiki's barge is a good concentrate of emotions, humanly speaking, it's a total kiff! Living all this while passing on a message of awareness that is close to our hearts is something quite incredible.

A special mention for our captain Kiki and his team: sharing an adventure of this magnitude could only be a success with real adventurers!
It was necessary to dare to have the idea of swimming down the Seine to symbolically retrace the course of a cigarette butt, to be determined enough to carry it out and I hope that this adventure will trigger positive waves among young adventurers.

THE SWIMMERS EXPERIENCE
Chloe has participated in the world championships of Ironman 70.3, Lucas has completed a dozen triathlons, Louise is an ex national championne in syncronised swimming and Matthieu cycled around the world. They have been swimming together for two years and have swum across la Gironde (8 km), Lake Geneva (13km) and the Strait of Gibraltar (17km). Their most memorable experience was in Lake Baringo in Kenya, in waters infested with crocodiles.
THE GREAT ARRIVAL
On June 5, after 380km and 7 days of effort, we retraced the symbolic route of a cigarette butt from Paris to the sea. An arrival on the beach of Deauville for World Ocean Day . Lots of joy and release after an intense week physically and mentally.
On arrival our relatives, the mayor of Deauville and even a class had made the trip to congratulate us.
